Vision And Mission Statement
We aspire to graduate people better of themselves, ready to contribute a positive impact within their families and communities. Our mission is to provide recovering addicts the necessary experiences for greater successes in life through the cornerstones of our program.
- Extended Treatment
- Physical Fitness
- Vocational Training
- God and Spirituality
Each cornerstone will provide a positive symbiotic enhancement upon the other three cornerstones, spiraling the success of the achievements and growth of the recovering addict.
There are other areas we will also seek to develop in.
- Residency for single mothers and fathers with children as well as families.
- Parenting classes for men and women.
- Child care, a major hurdle for parents reentering the workforce.
- Treatment focus on hurt and fear that leads to anger and violence.
- Soft intergradation of families towards reunification.
- SLE housing for graduates who wish to continue residency in a recovery environment.
- Audio-Visual recording room as a means to measure truth into understanding and growth for adults as well as children and their families. Possible topics can include family perceptions, God and spirituality, accountability and amends. Perhaps on a podcast level where people can be heard by other still suffering addicts.
- Development of a Volunteer Fire Brigade to assist and support in the fight against California wildfires. Our goal is to arrange the necessary training every Friday for select men and women with the intent of certifying them as qualified wildfire fighters. This is an honorable and noble way to give back to our society, instilling a sense of pride in themselves and their families while also enhancing their resumes and college applications. They will prove better of themselves.

The First Cornerstone – Residential Recovery
We recognize that recovery is a process that requires time, continued support and commitment. Our goal is to provide individuals and families with additional time in residential recovery to develop stronger foundations without the worry and stress of discharging too soon back into mainstream society with all of its associated triggers. We will offer continued support through a structured program that ensures personal development and positive growth.
There are treatment topics that are routinely addressed at Recovery Centers including anger management, domestic violence, low self-esteem and self-worth, co-dependency, and the simple task of asking for help. These and other recovery issues have the same commonality. Our recovery treatment will focus on fear, the root cause for which psychological walls develop. Our belief is, if fear is properly addressed and surrendered honestly to, then other recovery issues can be treated honestly. To help navigate this challenge we will provide the therapy needed for individuals and families.

The Second Cornerstone – Physical Fitness
We recognize that without drugs and alcohol, many individuals who come into recovery tend to become inactive. They also begin to eat regularly, which often results in a struggle with weight gain and the negative impact on their self-esteem and self-worth. As a solution we will prioritize physical fitness as an essential component of our program’s overall wellness and relapse prevention.
Every weekday morning, individuals will participate in 30-45 minutes of physical fitness, beginning with stretching and followed by an exercise program designed to meet their individual needs and fitness levels. As individuals progress physically, their exercise program will be adapted to continuing challenging them.
By incorporating physical fitness into their daily routine, individuals will not only improve their physical health but also experience a boost in confidence and self-esteem that will carry over into other aspects of their recovery, such as vocational training and treatment groups. It will also serve to combat complacency and boredom. By prioritizing physical fitness as a cornerstone of our program, we aim to help individuals develop a healthy lifestyle and positive self-image that will support their long-term recovery.

The Third Cornerstone – Vocational Training
Our program aims to provide individuals with the necessary training and skills to pursue meaningful careers to support themselves and their families. We believe that vocational training can be a powerful tool in restoring hope and self-confidence to those who have struggled with addiction. We plan to establish partnerships with reputable employers in various industries, such as PG&E, BART, Trade Unions and Green Energy companies. We will inquire about their hiring criteria and training programs and work to provide individuals with the necessary qualifications to become interns or apprentices. We will also explore State and Federal incentive programs that can support individuals in their career pursuits. Our vocational training program could well include media and computer skills, welding, plumbing and hydraulics, electrical and clean energy. As part of their training curriculum we will emphasize the importance of math in these fields. Additionally, we will assist individuals in identifying and pursuing their desired career paths and connect them with financial aid opportunities to attend schools or colleges. Perhaps start their own business.
Our goal is to inspire hope and practical tools for individuals to build fulfilling and sustainable lives in recovery.

The Fourth Cornerstone – God and Spirituality
We have shared witness of the positive impact of bringing God back into the lives of addicts and firmly believe that God and spirituality is a cornerstone of recovery. Through the help of dedicated spiritual leaders, we have seen addicts find success and bring their families together through a shared faith in God.
It is no secret that many addicts have relied on God during their darkest moments. We believe that faith, can be a powerful tool in helping individuals grow and recover. By emphasizing accountability and humility, we can encourage individuals to reflect on their addiction and find a spiritual path that works for them.
Although we are primarily Christian, we will welcome other religions or meditations as we believe everyone ought to be able to choose their own spiritual path. Ultimately, our goal is to graciously reunite families and communities under a higher power. We are confident that our achievements and successes will make a positive impact on those around us.
